CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
The bitch owner will provide copies of numbers 2 through 6 below:
1. The bitch must be in good health and condition
2. The bitch must have an AKC Full Registration Certificate
3. Hips/Elbows: Proof of OFA clearances, or acceptable alternative evaluations
4. Eyes: CERF clearance certificate and/or ACVO Ophthalmologist exam report
5. A four generation pedigree
6. Clear Brucellious Test within 10 days of breeding (Not required for AI services)
7. The stud dog is guaranteed to be in the same good health and to provide the same certifications required of the bitch.

Additional Terms, Fees & Conditions:
1.The Stud fee is due at the time of first breeding. We also offer a Service Fee of $400 with remainder due within a week of whelping.
2. Shipping boxes: 2 needed at $26.50.00 each (If applicable) Boxes can be ordered from www.exodusbreeders.com
3. Bitch Owner to supply FEDEX Account Number for associated shipping expenses (if applicable)
4. A litter is defined as 2 live puppies.
5. If no litter results, a free rebreeding to the same bitch or a comparable substitute will be given.
6. Should no litter result from the rebreeding a 50% refund will be offered on fully paid stud fees and $50 refund on $400 service fees. (This does not apply to any fees associated with progesterone testing, shipping or collection supplies.)
